I was playing around with flights for our still undecided Thanksgiving trip and plugged in Hawaii for kicks, all the while thinking, there’s no way this will be affordable. Whoa. Holy bargain basements, Batman. $523! Are you kidding me? It costs more than that to go to New Orleans for Thanksgiving and all I get to see is a swamp and some strip clubs. Then I extended the trip a bit so we can actually see Hawaii. $512 for a week? Sigh. A girl can dream.
